This course is designed for the students registered for the 3rd-semester electronics and communication engineering course under the APJA KTU for the academic year 2017-18. The primary goal of the course is to introduce key physical concepts and apply them to derive theoretical electrical characteristics of modern electronic devices like Diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs along with addressing fabrication challenges of smaller or scaled-down devices.

This is very fundamental course in digital electronics, in which we have to familiarize various positional number systems, fundamentals of boolean algebra, combinational circuit design and sequential circuit design.
